Previously owner of “Full tilt Kustom” and co-owner of “Divine Chaos”, Tom opened shop in Spencerport for Art Affliction studios and has been here since 2017. Tom works in black and gray as well as color, and specializes in realism, portraiture, neo-traditional, and new school body art.
